A little about me professionally:
I specialize in working with people who feel lost, have tried many different things, haven't gotten anywhere, and feel like they are the ones that are broken inside. I work with people who've gone through years of relational trauma who feel like their traumas aren't big enough to justify how they feel.
Some of the struggles that clients have seen me for are related to trauma/complex trauma, addiction, their lived experience as a first generation adult, difficulties with their families, and not knowing the why behind their behaviors and responses. I enjoy working with all adults and often see clients with BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ identities.
In session, you can expect a warm and laid-back approach, but also someone who will call you on your BS (with all the love). Slowly and with time, you may experience a new way to think about yourself—a way that’s empowering and filled with more compassion than what you came in with.

A little about me personally:
I’m a native Fort Worthian. I adopted the most beautfiul fur twins: Minnie (black chihuahua mix) and Lucky (tan chihuahua mix), who have the spunkiest little personalities. I like to indulge in the eerie and mystical such as ghost hunting, learning how to read my own Tarot cards, and pondering the multiverse theory. I'm a morning person who likes to nurse my coffee until I have to reheat it in the microwave about 5x and you can often find me planning my next tiny tattoo. In the wild, expect to see me at estate sales looking for that perfect vintage item.
